I have bought some new bag of candy that sounded tasty. Three of the listed candies in the back were missing completely. I did send feedback and got some gift card, but did not buy those again.
I once send a letter to Cloetta about a bag of Sisu that they portions were not balanced right. They replyed that; “That’s random and there is nothing that we can do about it” and gave me a giftcard of 10e to K-kauppa. In 3 months they send me another letter telling that they have changed the portion sizes of the back and gave me a free back of candy on top. So it’s good to give feedback. Sometimes it actually works for the better.
