I'm looking for a place where I can buy or order liquid pasteurized egg. In my local Coop stores, they offer liquid egg white in bottles, but I really need the full egg, with the yolk.
I think the German word for it is pasteurisiertes Vollei:

Any place in Switzerland where I can buy / order this?

I think I’ve seen bottles of egg in Aligro
Pasteurize eggs easily at home!! Just put eggs in 60 degrees Celsius water for 40-50 min and you’re done!
Have you considered pasteurising your own eggs? There are ways to make eggnog this way, quite a lot of online recipes.
Never heard of anyone using pasteurized eggs for eggnog. But also never heard of anyone using full eggs (instead of just yolks) for eggnog, so I guess you have very different eggnog in mind than what is common in Europe.
I decided it was too much trouble to find pasteurized eggs so I just added enough alcohol to sterilize the mix 😂
You can pasteurize your own egg and mixture by holding it at the appropriate temperature for a while.

do check bigger shops for catering as well, Metro does always have liquid egg yolks
I think they have it at algrio. They sale three different kinds of eggs in cartons in the refrigerator section. Also chickens are vaccinated against salmonella so are safe to egg raw if you aren’t a young child, pregnant, old or immune compromised.
