  1. It reminds me novel The Autumn of the Patriarch by Gabriel Garcia Marquez. So many similarities. Kind of funny how these dictators are all the same.

  2. Russia is a nest for authoritarian regimes. We must defeat them all.

  3. For Putin this is more like “you win some, you lose some”

He has plenty of fertile ground to place chips in Europe and in USA thanks to our own political and social stupidity

Still nice to see at least one loss for Putin. He hasn’t had such big loss in decades

  4. Maybe they can carve out a country of their own and then squabble over who gets to be the dictator of it.

  5. Russia is the beacon of legitimacy: 3 legitimate presidents at once!

  6. I wonder what do they do everyday? Like do they just jerk around, doing nothing?

  7. Damn, used to be France and Egypt were the places to be as a deposed tyrant.  They need to up their game again. All that money needs to be spent

  8. By the end, there’s gonna be a basement of ex dictators under the Kremlin, like in skyrim if you’re winning the Civil War for one of the sides, visit the enemy capital and find a basement of seething ex jarls.

  9. It’ll be fascinating to see what happens in Iran/Belarus/Georgia etc over the next few months.

  10. No surprise. Russia is a shithole and therefore it collects the sewage waters that the world produces.

  11. What is truly disgusting about Orban is that he has conned himself into believing his own self-righteousness. His own oppositional views he has turned into a self-perceived macab martyrdom to seemingly be proud of. Relativising his own evil by crying wolf at others’ corruption. He is a populist degenerate, hail the day he departs. Joining his kin in Muscovy.
