Oil giant BP to ‘significantly reduce’ investment in renewable energy for rest of decade

1. So, it chooses Bankruptcy.

2. They made the term “carbon footprint” a popular term and shifted the blame for climate change onto consumers…so they probably feel like they’ve done their good deed for the decade.

5. This is a crime against humanity. Executives and the Board they serve should be charged criminally.

8. I don’t want to pretend everything is American centric in global corporate politics but a slew of companies have rolled back environmental promises in the last three weeks and I have to believe it’s at least partially related to Trump’s win.

9. The “green mask” of Big Oil is coming off now that Trump is back in. These guys were never serious about it to begin with, it was only PR. And now they feel they dont even need good PR, they can get away with whatever they want.
