10 Limburg: we have a massive thicc forest to play guerilla war (ref. jürgen conings) including a weapons storage facility where we can just walk in and take rocket launchers, we have nukes at Kleine brogel AFB and 3 other military airports to keep air superiority, we have lots of crop fields (especially fruit) for self sustainability, relatively to other Flemish provinces we have easily defendable highground (Kempens plateau), including mijntorens all over the district that can act as watchtowers. I don’t think it’s even close 😀
