

Hello I have purchased an ICE train ticket via the DB app. The amount was deducted from my card and I am able to see the trip details but there is no bar code/ scanner available for the ticket.
Also it shows an error "no ticket retrieval as pdf or via app". In addition to this, I haven't received any confirmation mail as well.
Can anyone help me to understand whether my ticket has been booked or not?

prolly an error. Call the DB and tell them the problem. But dont get your hopes up, might still not get anything if you have nothing to prove you booked other than a deducted amount. DB is a shithole.
you have it there in the second screen: email technical support and mention your order number.
in the meanwhile you can give a try to the good old “turn it off and on again” (the phone, not just the app)
