Outside of his role as Chairman at Malta ESG Alliance, David lectures at the University of Malta and also chairs the Malta Council for Economic and Social Development (MCESD) The National Productivity Board (NPB), and the Low Wage Commission (LWC).

Rachel Decelis, Associate Director & ESG Lead at KPMG Malta
A chemist and chartered environmentalist, Rachel has more than 18 years of experience in sustainability. Rachel joined KPMG in 2022 as ESG Lead after having worked both in environmental consultancy and regulatory sectors.
Having worked with both public and private sector clients, Rachel specialises in climate change, ESG reporting and environmental permitting in a wide variety of industries including financial services, construction, waste management, energy and manufacturing.
