PAUL is now walking the streets until January 28th (his sentencing) but believe you me.. if it was someone in court for the tv licence sure they’d be dead and buried in a cell
You would think the criminal justice system in Ireland would be next level on these sorts of crimes at this point, but in fact we’re the opposite.

TUSLA are utterly useless. They’ll happily persecute innocent people, while ignoring actual abuse. They move at the speed of tar, nobody has any awareness of what the other is doing, and their cyber security practices are a joke
I wouldn’t have much faith in tusla, there are people employed by them without Garda vetting, look at that poor child kyran from Chris Louth, missing for two years and nobody noticed, frightening.
I’ll do yous all one better!! He won money for an unfair dismissal when tusla eventually DID give him the boot.. this man still protesting his innocence after ruining Mr Jenkins’ life entirely. Portrayed him in the court as a junkie, alcoholic drug addict with a dui charge… the fellas life was ruined when his parents died and his UNCLE his mother’s brother!! Abused him, and even when the uncle moved out of the family home, he abused him in his new house! My god

Fair play to him speaking his truth. So many places used to pressure victims of SA to forgive their abusers or some bollocks. Or being moral failures for not doing so. Fine if that’s what someone wants to do. But no abuser is owed forgiveness.
This must be the safest country in Europe for rapists.
So this scum would have had access to other vulnerable çhildren. Hopefully there are no other victims. Would Tusla investigate this properly?
