It’s Just normal Spam trying to get some Details Like bank or Something Like it

You don’t need to wipe your phone. Just clicking a link can’t hurt your phone (as long as you don’t confirm anything or give them any data or install something they want you to install)
iOS is sandboxed by design and so is safari.

Casino spam, trying to lure you into some sort of online casino (it says you have to re-activate your access to gain access to 450 Euro and 250FS, FS meaning «free spins»). You don’t have to wipe your phone, on iOS you need to do more than just opening a link for anything serious to happen.
No need to do anything, just block and report

Just reboot your phone. Clears most exploits out of your phone’s RAM if it got one from clicking the link.
They will try to lure u into looting into your bank/paypal/…
If you immediately closed the link, you’re probably pretty safe. A zero day is possible, but in this scenario highly unlikely. You may get more spam now though , if they track who clicks on their links.
Probably phishing
most probably they will require you to enter your details in some kind of phishing site. An exploit that triggers just by visiting a link is way over their paygrade (assuming you’re not a high value target, and you should know if you are one 😉 )
