Hi, I am on my last year of apprenticeship and i only have to options, work or study something that pays me during the cours. A friend recommended me to study Air Controller ES cause they pay you during the 2 and a half years of formation, but i just want to know if there is any other field of study after an apprenticeship that pays during the 2 or more years of formation. I already checked on google and orientation.ch and couldn' find anything. Sorry if someone sees this 2 times, but i already posted this on r/askswitzerland and around 1k people saw it but no one commented anything. Thank y'all so much and have a nice afternoon.

Basically every part time HF/ES will require you to have a job, means you get paid?
ex aviation employee who worked with guys that had Air Controller licences.
Amount of stress is huge. At least in Poland there was a huge drop out rate during the training because in the air traffic you can not have people without a certain set of skills.
Only at the exams a lot of people get rejected.
The 2.5 year of formation is to actually establish if you are suitable for this job AND train you.
Personally, with all my knowledge of aviation, I would not go into the ATC because it is super stressful. Well, unless you work on tower in Rzeszów but that airport is the equivalent of a village with 3 people and a goat.
