  1. About time those Russian businesses face consequence of allowing Putin to start war with neighboring country of Ukraine.

  2. I bet they’re glad their government circumnavigates those costs or just outright manipulates the market

  3. Unfortunately this will not stop Russia’s military industrial complex. It will reduce the already low quality of life for Russian citizens and this could cause a brain drain of its young and educated workers in the long term, but it won’t do much to stop the old men in Moscow from trying to reclaim Russia’s lost empire in the next two or three years.

  4. Putin cares little about anyone but his ego and his version of history. He’s destroying the russian rogue state whilst he and his cronies get richer… much richer.

Remember, the jewel in the crown is Kyiv. And he failed abysmally.

  5. What about the Ukrainian business??
Or in general what about business from Europe??

  6. Good. Financially face plant. Murder your government.

  7. Just a few more years and we’ll even be hearing grunts of discontent or maybe not.

  8. Unfortunately, this is the 47th time I‘ve read this headline…

  9. I thought russia collapsed in two weeks circa 2022?

  10. Even if this is a fact, and Russia is actually starting to suffer from sanctions and the cost of a land war, Trump is in office in a month and a half and I guarantee most of the sanctions are dropped, regardless of a ceasefire/truce/etc.

Europe is going to have to bear the burden if they want to stop Russia, because the US isn’t going to raise a finger. Poland and France at least, see the writing on the wall, and have been responding accordingly. The Big Bad United States isn’t riding to the rescue for a minimum of 4 years, and potentially, never again.

  11. Only on Reddit.

Because I have been hearing about the collapsing Russian economy for quite some time now, yet it is still strong enough to support their war and populace.

  12. Until world and EU stop financing Putin with money and parts/wiring diagrams for rockets and other stuff for army, war can last for many more years in terms of economics.
