Congratulations to the couple from Hull for managing to overtake Russia — with its security demands prior to invading Ukraine — in this year’s race for the title of “most absurd, outlandish, and self-victimising geopolitical demands of 2022”!
Travelling east coast to west coast, from Hull to Blackpool for a night out, driving straight past ALL of the decent towns and cities in Yorkshire and the northwest takes a particular type of British self loathing.
Its people like this that make a strong argument for criminalising stupidity.
