2. To be fair, I’ve sort of stopped with news in general…

3. When the smoke clears of the burning down of America, every news media outlet, right or left, will be kicked to the curb.

8. All of the well educated people I know don’t get their news from the TV because it’s shit 

9. They abandoned their opportunity to be the counterpoint to Republican propaganda outlets. When their billionaire owners said they wanted more “balanced” coverage it just meant putting more weight on the R scale. At that point Independent or Democratic Party voters didn’t trust the outlets and their reporters caved. Fuck them.

10. My feeling is Fox lies and CNN and MSNBC omit pertinent information. So the TV is off for an undetermined amount of time. Fk all of them.

11. I haven’t watched either network, and TV news in general, in like more than a decade and have been happier for it.

15. For me, it has nothing to do with CNN or MSNBC, I just can’t watch anything about politics at this time. I have to preserve what’s left of my sanity.

17. Well when they sit there and try to normalize Trump while criticizing every little thing Biden did, it’ll happen.

18. It’s because people who want real news generally read the news, not pay attention to a million for profit attention seeking talking heads who are biased and pushing various agendas.

19. What they fail to mention is that these drops closely equal the increases seen before the election.

Corporate media, Entertainment, and information dominance by Google etc. are the greatest psychological weapons of war in history, Corporate owned and funded and pushing ideological agendas, they are anything but “news.” What they don’t report is their greatest weapon, they coerce manipulate and deceive. What google removes is the most consequential information. They are enemies of Liberty and human rights. They are dangerous to humanity and freedom. They interfere and undermine our democratic process and attack it with every lever they have, far more powerfully and influentially than any hostile government. They portray a political view and interpretation of events as news. They propagandize and lie, they do not report information that conflicts with their ideology. I hope the American people are waking up and stop supporting them. There are legitimate journalists and news sources that deserve support but they are few.

21. What about FoxNews? I feel like alot of media probably lost viewers after the election.

    I enjoyed listening to David Packman up to the election but I dont care to follow politics at this time.

22. Simply put, they preached catastrophes and now, why watch when there is zero that can be done for the next 4 years? For many of my friends that watched a lot from those networks, they tell me that they simply don’t watch ANY news now. People can only take doomsday pieces for so long.

23. All the air time spent ‘preaching to the choir’ doesn’t help…The folks who need their messaging most, do not trust them. Same is pretty much true for the audiences for FoxNews, NewsMax and OANN.

    Bring back the Fairness Doctrine and give ‘both sides’ some exposure to the other sides talking points.

24. Couldn’t have anything to do with the fact that the election was over and no one wanted to listen to politics for a while. (Except Morning Joe-that’s just a reaction to their utter stupidity and ass kissing)

25. All of these opinion news shows should lose their viewership. Instead they will defund PBS.

26. I’m avoiding Trump.

    I don’t want to hear his mouth.

    I don’t want to hear his lies.

    I don’t want to hear from his POS cabinet.

    He will weaken national security with his asinine leadership picks, so I will await some sort of terrorist attack on American soil.

    My fellow Americans chose facism and I will enjoy watching them face the consequences.

    My only concerns are for my family, community, and state.
