This won’t come to anything sadly. They couldn’t even make good on the last aid package before the new admin takes office . There’s probably so many holes and errors in whatever this is, that I would be surprised if Ukraine doesn’t see any of it once biden is gone.
Unless it’s completely controlled by another country and they are doling it out, expect trump to rescind whatever agreement was made.

I am in now way ‘financially literate’ compared to others, but as she said, my understanding is that the the US and G7 are fronting the cash, but expect the loan to be repaid from “Frozen Russian Assets”, whatever those are.
To my (limited) literate self, that implies that the loan is actually coming from Russian Assets, and, thus, the US/G7 are giving Ukraine Russian money to fight Russians, that will be paid for, ultimately, by Russians.
