It was Bulgaria’s National day the other day they lit up the bridge as well in the same colours
HSQ (which this is) is always lit up in those colours/pattern.
I’m not sure if it can change colour, as I’ve passed it regularly/daily over the last 6/7 years and I’ve never seen it coloured any other way.
