I’m a former smoker, I was one of the only ones who smoked in my old friend group so it was usually me by myself, and as an introvert, that blows, but since I quit and started bettering myself and making new friends, the friend group I currently have, I’ll head out with them anyway since I know what it’s like going out by yourself.
Plus I won’t deny if I’m drinking a decent amount I’ll have the odd smoke here and there. But if I’m not drinking, I just go out to keep em company.
It’s normally too hot, noisy, and stinking of farts for my liking and the smokers are a good excuse to get away from it.
Got a dude “stoned” on a break between classes with a spliff’ with nothing but tobacco in… was the best placebo effect ive ever seen or maybe the dude was just strung out on nicotene, he was having fun either way untill her threw up in the halls.
It depends on whether they’d be stuck alone for the 20-30mins you’ll inevitably take while smoking.
They’re just waiting for you to offer a cig or they wait unit half way through one to ask, then make out it was your idea or fault.
Most of the time they’re interrupting the only 5 minutes peace you’ll get on a night out.

Going out to the smoking area if you don’t smoke is a pro move
Cools you down from the hot as balls club/bar you’re in. A lot quieter. Full of lots of chatty people. Carry a lighter on you so you can oblige smokers asking for one, helps start up conversation.
Always have a nice laugh with people I don’t know in rando smoking areas.
Basically people who are the same as you but don’t smoke. Ie: chatty, open minded, sound individuals.
That was me tonight because I got invited to the company Christmas do and don’t know anyone cos I haven’t started there yet.
I liked it cos you get to hear the real bants and it made me miss smoking
People where I work can just take a break whenever they want to smoke.
If they’re not working, neither am I.
