UK / France: Luxury villa rental holiday specialist Oliver’s Travels has made its third acquisition of the year in the shape of French rental operator Charming Houses.
The purchase adds more than 100 villas across Provence and the South of France to Oliver’s Travels’ portfolio, following the acquisition of Homes & Provence in July and Menorca Private Owners in October. As a result, the company will now manage up to 1,300 holiday homes in France alone.
A statement by the company read: “Oliver’s Travels will continue to focus on growing and developing its portfolio and maintaining its strong position in the luxury holiday rental market.”
The operator also confirmed that it was “actively looking to acquire new businesses”.
Co-founder Ravi Sabharwal told Travel Weekly: “We are delighted to announce our latest acquisition, a breathtaking collection of luxury villas in the heart of South of France. This marks our third acquisition this year, and we are particularly excited about this addition as we have had the pleasure of working closely with Charming Houses for several years already.
“Their charming and luxurious rentals perfectly align with our commitment to providing exceptional holiday experiences. We look forward to continuing our partnership and welcoming our guests to the enchanting beauty of France,” added Sabharwal.
Charming Houses founder Marie Pierre said: “We are absolutely thrilled to be joining forces with a company that shares our deep appreciation for luxury and charm.
“Having worked closely with them for several years, we’ve seen first-hand their dedication to exceptional quality and service. We are excited about the future and the opportunities this partnership brings,” she added.
