In theaters is het al zo dat ze in het café mogen rondlopen (na scannen van cst) zonder masker, maar eens ze doorlopen naar de zaal, dan moet het masker terug aan. Daar heb je trouwens ook cst nodig.
Steek er 2 staanplaatsen bij, en het masker mag nu terug af?
I was thoroughly confused by this as well. But after some roundtable discussion, I actually see the sense in it.
Basically: If you can wear a mask without it inconveniencing you, then you’re obligated to wear a mask. If it would be annoying to keep on, then you don’t have to.
Does that make sense from a virological PoV? Not really, no. But if you’re really bothered by the fact that this makes no sense, then you’re arguing for mask mandates at all times, keep that in mind.
The reason this doesn’t make sense is because a loud minority is very vocal about not wanting to wear a mask, and this is a concession for them.
It sounds stupid. That’s because it is stupid. It’s because if clubs didn’t open, some people would apparently die. And clubs only wanted to open if they didn’t have to mandate masks.
This makes no fucking sense. A lot of people cramped together, dancing and breathing hard, no mask. People being calm on seats, mask. If they want to make a difference, it should be the other way around.

What may make the difference is that events with seating are allowed to have many more people, in which case it makes more sense.

Dat ze is alles afschaffen. De code geel ziekenhuisopnames drempel is veel te hoog gezien herstel van omicron veel sneller is dan herstel van delta.
