This is an attempt at a more accurate comparison of Elon Musk’s net worth. It is compares his current estimated net worth of $447B to the household wealth of various countries.
It is is not comparing GDP, nor is it comparing the total value of wealth various countries may have (e.g. oil reserves, sovereign wealth funds, etc.)
For example his share of US Household wealth is 0.32% or his net worth is equivalent to 29.80% of the net worth of all South Africans.
Still some work to do if he wants to buy the earth one day
That he is even above 0.01 for the world…. jesus.

I like Bernie Sanders idea. No billionares. You make it to $999,999,999 and you get a plaque “Congratulations, you won Capitalism” and then the rest is taxed at 100%.
