  2. Having seen the massive exaggeration of the situation in the UK in the media last summer, I’m inclined not to take these kinds of claims at face value.

  4. I wouldn’t be surprised if this report turns out to be Russian misinformation (sucked up by this Israeli news outlet) aiming at creating doubt in the west about the sanctions. But true or not, it shows the sanctions are effective.

  5. This seems a bit worse. A good number of Russian state politicians will be relegated to remain within the borders of Russia for the balance of their natural lives, otherwise they will be detained wherever they travel and likely put before a war crimes tribunal.

    The isolation this nation is going to feel is just getting started, the future effect will be overwhelming and debilitating. They are ruining their lives and don’t appear to know it.
