Not sure she deserves that title. Surely Roy Hodgson or Vince Cable have much bigger eyebrows, she’s just it some paint near her brows to try and con the judges.

That’s *great* if you’re doing a decent creative job of achieving a non-standard appearance (skilful makeup, full-face tattoo, body mods, extreme haircut, etc), but looking like you got a bit bored and dicked around with a paintbrush in a half-arsed attempt at dressing up like a Sioux warrior isn’t the same thing.
