i think there is a propaganda campaign against the Swiss going on currently
There are many different “last resort” antibiotics, generally the group is just something that wasnt used earlier due to concerns about sideeffects and as such No resistance was build, now with resistance building the risk of side effects becomes more acceptable…
Also India have been doing the same for years.
