To junk status, the same downgrade they gave Russia a few days ago.
Junk stays means S&P questions their ability to repay loans so the interest charged should reflect that likelihood. This is a severe blow for both nations.
The news here is that Belarus ever had a credit rating..
Belarussian army has still not joined the invasion in Ukraine. Rumors said it is due to large scale mutiny in their army. If it proves right and it helps Ukraine at the end, we should help out Belaruss at the end economically.
