So they’re not kicking the whole Russia out? That’s pointless.
Yesterday on ČT24 there was an over-the-phone interview with mrs. Matesová who claimed that Russian banks are well-prepared for partial restrictions on SWIFT and as long as they are not cut off fully, it will have little effect.
