  1. That man is not only a terrible public speaker, but also a pure cunt. Get him the fuck off this island. Half the countries living on the streets and we’ve some russian asshole living his best life in a big, comfy, safe house

  2. I’m sure there’s a reasonable explanation for all this.

The unprovoked invasion of a sovereign peaceful nation, the targeting of kids and civilians, the targeting of Europe’s biggest nuclear reactor, the sending of young inexperienced conscripts to the frontline to their deaths, the lies, the threats of nuclear war, everything. It’s all just been a big misunderstanding that us silly Irish people don’t really understand. The Russians are the victims in all of this.

  3. Irish people know what it’s like to be invaded and occupied, even if that’s just a residual memory. I think most people would side with Ukraine in this instance.

  4. I didn’t even know this lad a fortnight ago, now I hate him more than I hate my aunt Cora. And I really hate that cunt.

  5. No you can’t throw him out for this .

    This is Free Speech .
He’s allowed to voice his opinion.

And many many Irish People criticize Ireland all the Time.

We can’t invoke the terror and totalitarianism we are trying to avoid .

  6. At this point I want to see someone’s mam take him by the ear and frog march him into the fucking sea and he can swim home.

  7. Don’t throw him out. He’s an insect, pinned to the cloth rn. Don’t hand him the initiative by expelling him. Hound him. Every time we drag disgusting remarks like this out of him, we help the cause of Ukraine. We have our front and for now it’s this scumbag.

  8. We understand that Hitler shouldn’t have invaded the sudetenland nor Poland. The question is why don’t the Russians not understand that?

  9. I think we should keep him, we’ll likely have to have a Russian ambassador one way or another so we may as well have one who’s a fucking idiot.

  10. I mean he might be kinda right but one: I don’t wanna hear it from him of all people and two: everyone is like that

Feels like the good ol’ “ah shut up ya stupid paddy, dance for us and keep your nose out of the important business”. People love to diminish our opinions of world affairs despite having a rather unique history and thus perspective in comparison to many European countries.

Also for an “ambassador”, the lad is fairly shite at his job isn’t he?

  11. I mean I think we understand this situation quite well, but I would generally agree with him, except it’s the case with everyone, not just the Irish. Most people form opinions instantly and never really budge from their initial impressions. It’s really hard admitting to yourself that you’re wrong.

  12. Theres NO WAY Irish people could understand a larger, greedy and imperialist neighbor invading their country or the diaspora that followed. We have no experience with that foreign power fucking with local politics and exploiting ethnic tensons for their own benefit.

  13. The Irish have a great nose for bullshit.

For some though its broke and they smell bullshit everywhere.
