Belarus should be blocked too. They have joined on Russia’s side and it does not take a genius to see that Russia will use Belarus as a middleman to funnel money through SWIFT now they no longer have direct access to it.
Just be aware they didn’t completely cut them off the swift system. They kept the ones open that would benefit Germany
