I don’t think it’s either. Sushi is a living tradition and the Japanese are adding new combos all the time. If it’s properly made and taste is good, it should pass as ”real” sushi. I just doubt that it could be better by taste than some popular classics.

I love squeaky cheese but I don’t see how white rice with vinegar would improve the experience of just eating squeaky cheese with jam. I don’t think it’s a good combination even if I love both things.
On the other hand there’s this Nepalese place in Helsinki that does a shahi paneer with squeaky cheese instead and I fucking love it.

Leipajuusto tastes like soggy ceiling tiles. No amount of cloudberry or sushi or anything is going to change that.
Just remove the seaweed and rice and it will be fine

I love cloudberries and I love sushi, but all together with leipäjuusto might be too much. Not a big fan of Leipäjuusto in general.
