  1. They’ve also been doing this to air traffic in the Nordics and Baltics for years now. Yet our governments just look the other way in spite of putting civilian aircraft at risk as well as ambulance helicopters and other things. It’s practically an act of war.

  2. The time has long gone by when and why nato should respond in more than a strongly worded letter. This is seen as weakness by Russia and specifically by Putin and his kleptocratic crew, failure to provide a credible and physical response only invites Putin to be bolder and cause more damage. Putin is attacking the cohesive glue that binds nato – and at the moment that glue looks weak and of little consequence when nato is directly attacked.

  3. What they are doing is training all the nations in the baltic on how to conduct warfare without GPS.

  4. Its long overdue to start answer, just start sink all russian flgged ships and deny, it not harder than that.

  5. Locate ships doing this, board them and arrest the crew. Impound ships.

  6. I am sure this meant to disrupt drones, but there are other consequences, as the west may see this as another direct attack on them.

  7. Such a stupid, unnecessary thing to do. They’re just asking for more military aid to Ukraine, sanctions, even more abyssmal reputation, nordic & baltics rallying to each othes defence – and for what? Seeing of they can get away with disrupting communications and other sh*t for no significant benefit/effect? There is no possible return for trying this b*llsh*t that would make it even remotely close to worth the risk.

It’s like when they bombed Ukranian hospitals the day before the Nato summit.

  8. Well one solution could be to blow up all the Russian ships in the Baltic – then that would lessen the chance of colliding with any of them ! 😉 /S

  9. Or how about approach every Russian vessel in the Baltic and telling them they are sailing in territorial waters.. (maybe the GPS is a bit off…)

  10. Russia behaves like a toddler who continues to push stuff from the dinner table to prood mums response.

  11. Or use a HARM – anti-radiation missile to take out the GPS jamming source ?

  12. Simple answer – no more civilian shipping for Russia comes through the Skagerrak. Board the ships and turn them around.

  13. Halting Russian naval traffic for safety reasons could work.

  14. Only way to counter this is with sabotage of Russian interests. We should start destroying critical infrastructure supporting the Russian economy.

  15. 86% of russias crude oil export is shipped on oil tankers. Mostly shadow ships not registered as Russian.

Start by sinking them one after another.

  16. Can we figure out the source of the disruption and send a missile strike?

  17. And the west will just bich about it and take no action. It’s what the west does.
