The construction company Skanska invests about SEK 870 M in the second phase of H2Offices, a three-phase office complex in Budapest, Hungary. The eight-storey building will have a leasable area of about 22,200 square meters. This is stated in a press release.
The first phase was completed at the end of 2022 and sold in the third quarter of 2023. Construction of the second phase will start now in the fourth quarter and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027. The contractor is Fitout Zrt.
