A bomb has reportedly killed a senior Russian general in charge of nuclear protection forces and another man in Moscow on Tuesday, according to Russia Today, citing an unidentified law enforcement source.
Russian media said Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, chief of Russia's Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Protection Troops, had been killed on Ryazansky Prospekt.
The Kyiv Independent yesterday reported that Ukraine had charged General Kirillov with the use of banned chemical weapons in Ukraine.
