Certainly I hope no publisher has given him any real money to write his memoirs…
He was useless at everything.
His style was a bit too combative for me but he made all the racists and Islamophobes unhappy and he was right at the forefront (in the West) of calling out Israel’s current slaughter.
Sad state of affairs when someone with a track record of failure as apparent as this charlatan can ascend to the top office in the country. Just brutal.

A man that failed upwards in to every role he’s ever had. He won’t be missed.
That’s a great shame. He was a disappointing first minister but I have nothing but respect for his advocacy for Palestinians over the past year, when so few others have had the political courage to speak out.
Is he Hezbollah’s new leader? Alan’s Snackbar!
Seems a nice guy but he was useless at everything he touched. Good luck to him as I’m sure it would’ve been easy to just stay on for the sake of it
