I wonder what those countries with high numbers have in common…
What’s with left-wing attacks being concentrated in Italy?

I’m sorry, 80 terrorist attacks in France in 2023?! When?! Where?!
So you’re telling me accepting immigrants from countries that are riddled with religious extremists leads to a high number of terror attacks? Wow. I’m surprised.
Belgium, country of Beer, Chocolate and Jihadism.
At least it keeps mass tourism away a little bit 🙂
80? Holy Moly, that’s straight dystopian
Surprised at the low numbers in Sweden, it doesn’t match the news reports from recent years?
In descending order, the highest number of attacks in 2023 by category were: ethnonationalism (70), left-wing/anarchist (32), jihadism (14), and right-wing (2)
The highest number of arrests: Jihadism (334), right-wing (26), ethnonationalism (25), and left-wing/anarchist (14)
Ethnonationalist attacks this year was anomalously high and all 70 have been completed in Corsica, France. Half of which were completed in October 8-9, a day after the attack on the music rave in Israel.
Additionally, 11 of the 25 arrests were from Corsican nationalist groups FLNC and GcC. 9 of the remaining arrests were from PKK, which included charges against them for abducting individuals and enlisting them as fighters against their will, and activities such as money laundering, drug trafficking or migrant smuggling, in order to finance its activities.
Oh yes.
Islamic engineers, and African doctors.
In the countries of peace, development and liberalism.
Wow
As a Spanish, this data looks unbelivable compared to what my childhood looked like.
If they start including narco terrorism, these number would be very different.
Belgium had 34 attacks with explosives in 2023 and 90 in 2024. Considering these attacks happen in public spaces (streets, stores, bars, etc.) and are used to mark territory, they should no longer be seen as just gang A targeting gang B. There have also been foiled plans and threats to kidnap/kill politicians, judges, mayors, lawyers by narco terrorists.
With what’s happening in Belgium and The Netherlands, you can no longer ignore it. By treating them as just drug gangs, things have no gone completely out of hand.
A guy literally threw 3 bombs in a grocery store while people were shopping a few weeks ago just to send a message to someone associated with that store. That’s no longer drug violence. It’s terrorism.
Thrace region of Turkey, where is in Europe is missing in this map, map is wrong.
This makes me so sad :,( cause I know a lot of those countries on that list have actively worked alongside as peacekeepers in the levant area.
I wonder how many right wing terrorist attacks gets classified as something else and never made that list
I like how Romania was blamed for years as being an unsafe country, not even worth visiting. And now, it is one of the safest countries in Europe and even in the world.
Are arrests and attacks mutually exclusive here?
If an arrack happens, but the perpetrators are caught after the fact, which is it?
Because I can think of more than 2 attacks or planned that led to victims and arrests in Finland since 2023
poland the only major country with no attacks?
interesting
Meanwhile, everyone applauds the “moderate jihadist” who came to power in Syria.
What could possibly go wrong …
Excuse me? 30 terrorists attacks in Italy from left wing?
What are we considering “terrorist” at this point? Normal protests?
And why Left wing and Anarchists are grouped together?
