1. 5 years? What’s the fucking point. She’ll literally be out in 2.5 years, before the daughter is 18.

   For a level of depravity that is hard for any right minded person to fathom.

   (I’ll assume for my own sanity that she won’t be eligible for even earlier release on tag)

   Edit: protecting the identity of the victim seems to be the consensus, which makes sense.

3. More children being let down. Society is in a sad state.

6. Would this fall under the ‘Unduly lenient sentence’ process, it seems ridiculously light for a child sexual offence.

7. Great, the pedo is only getting 12 years, so I’m assuming he’ll be out in 8? On the rare occasion sex crimes are dealt with in the UK, it’s rare that they are properly prosecuted.

8. “Appropriate sentences” said the police? I find both their sentences far from appropriate, on the contrary. Whole case is beyond sickening and i truly hope the mother is stripped of any parental rights automatically

9. She’ll be let out because they’ll have to make room for some real criminals – somebody who posted something online that somebody else found offensive.
