Ik gebruik go play niet gezien ze je niet toestaan de service te gebruiken zonder gepersonaliseerde advertentiecookies toe te staan (ben trouwens vrij zeker dat dat niet mag van de GDPR)

Lijkt me eerder een fout te zijn dat het ZO lang is. Is normaal toch 3 tal minuten?
Mega ads like these are just diabolical. I can’t imagine these are worth much to advertisers anyway as I doubt anyone would watch the entire length of the advertisement.
I use UBlock origin via a firefox webbrowser on my pc when watching something via goplay. It does block ads but it also introduces some weird behaviour like the video pausing when the tab with the video is not focussed. Or the “Deze reclame duurt nog xx:xx” stays as an overlay over the normal video. Sometimes I have to reload the page for it to work ect.
Doesn’t work all the time but it does work most of the time.
You do need to watch via a pc… don’t think this is possible on an apple tv. Maybe on an android tv box but I’m not sure.
It’s a bug. The ads don’t actually last that long. Normally just 2-3 ads and you’re good to go

Anyone had any luck on blocking the ads at router level or over (AdGuard) DNS?
Klopt niet … is een foutje in hun software. Alle da’s toch mijn ervaring.
Fun fact: ads are way longer on TV app then on mobile devices as phones and laptops. People are used to langer commercial breaks so they’rz playing that out.
Het is een bug op AppleTv, heb die al een hele tijd geleden aangekaart, maar ze krijgen hem er niet uit blijkbaar. Als er al reclame is, duurt die meestal slechts enkele seconden 🙂
