A large body of GB bound Irish trade (and vice versa) has simply been rerouted via Northern Ireland, something the Irish press has totally failed to pick up on – most of them too busy wanking over the a supposed surge in RoI-NI trade, and utterly missing that a lot of this is explained by the increase in NI-GB ferry freight.
Good, sick of Irish lorries using the UK as their own personal motorway, should charge them more for using our roads.
