  5. I was wondering- there seem to be some videos/ cameras ( from cars) maybe for insurance like dashcam- which could also show the people who placed the scooter there. I hope they can get away with it. You need to have huge balls to do it in moscow- because from moscow back to ukraine is a risky long road
