This is true. I have been saying its “easier right now if you are a Woman”, from what I see. Its consolidated a ton, so that means many layoffs of the men, and the reason for this is the men physically build out the networks and women run them, and most of the infrastructure has been built now, so you better have admin skills or your out.

So basically, companies laid off their employees, and got newer ones for a lower salary and probably lower benefits.
If that was 2023, 2024 must be a decline. No way it improved from what I’m seeing.

And I placed between 35-40 of them in 2023. That makes no sense. I’m an IT recruiter by trade….. those numbers don’t compute. I’m just one IT recruiter in a sea saturated with people who do what I do.
