    If you see a problem with this, you are the problem.

    “He’s still in jail” is the most common response I’ve seen… Restraining orders are not limited to physical restraint. Tory is still paying people/blogs to harass Megan while he is locked up (people such as Milagro, who is now being sued for making a deepfake p*rn of Megan and receiving payments from Tory’s father over the past couple years)

    Tory released a song DAYS ago saying he doesn’t regret shooting her. Just because he is locked up, doesn’t mean he is not capable of inciting hatred and violence from his fans towards her, which from a legal standpoint, still counts as harassment.

    Megan has literally said that sometimes she wishes he had shot to kill her, so she wouldn’t have to endure the backlash she has received as a victim. Megan did not lock him up, her testimony contributed to the evidence that put him away, yes, along with the bullet fragments found in her foot (the surgeon who removed said fragments testified under oath as well). The state of California charged him and imprisoned him. Not Megan. Blaming her for being a victim in a senseless act of violence is TIRED.

    Megan wants peace and safety. That’s it. And she should have every right to whatever measure needed to ensure that for herself. Tory’s fans refuse to digest the facts and continue to mock her and insult her and threaten her, ruthlessly and without remorse, because of the harmful misinformation he continues to spread even from behind bars.

    No one deserves to be taunted by their abuser. It is sickening. As if the music video of him chopping up horse legs wasn’t distasteful enough.

    Criticizing Megan for wanting to be safe and free of the harassment from Tory and his cruel endeavours is wrong. So tired of false narratives, disregard for facts presented through the trial and endless misinformation and scrutiny about Megan or her experiences.

    The petition says that one blogger in particular, Elizabeth Milagro Cooper, whom Megan is suing in a separate lawsuit, is acting as Lanez “puppet and mouthpiece.” She alleges Cooper is spreading falsehoods on social media and YouTube, saying in one video posted to X, “Can you even prove she was shot?” and calling her a “professional victim” in another post.“

  7. Under the ruling of the United States Supreme Court in Castle Rock vs. Gonzales, the police are not obligated to enforce a restraining order, and you can not sue for damages.

    But hey, Megan is rich, and I’m sure this one will be enforced. In New York, they may set up a hot line for the rich for immediate protection.

    Stop getting distracted by the culture wars and fight the real war…. the class war.
