I just had to take the train from Rolle to Nyon (Vaud) and there is no way to buy a ticket. These are the errors I got on SBB app, easy ride and same on the physical machines at the station. I saw other people had the same problem. Does anyone know what happened again to SBB? I haven’t found any announcement from them about such disruptions.

  1. Same. I got off the bus to buy a paper extension ticket as I was travelling out of my travelcard zone lmao

  2. What do you do in such a situation actually?

    If I cannot buy a ticket in any way? Can I still take the train?

  3. It’s a problem on SBB’s end, even the ticket machines don’t work.

  4. Same. Ticket machine down too, so I just boarded. Makes me nervous but I can’t control not being able to pay.

  5. Cannot buy in app, neither on sbb automat.. travelling without ticket now. Lets see

  6. Most SBB.ch services, especially ticketing, EasyRide, SwissPass mobile are down since ca 14h.

    Official SBB.ch communication:

    “Zurzeit können keine Online- (SBB Webshop) und Mobile-Tickets (SBB Mobile APP) gekauft werden. Zurzeit stehen aus technischen Gründen steht der Online-Fahrplan nicht zur Verfügung. Bitte beachten Sie die Informationen am Bahnhof / an der Haltestelle.”
