If I’m not mistaken, this is Cape “da Roca” in Lisbon.
This is Praia da Ursa.
Literal translation: “Female Bear Beach”.
This beach is located in Sintra-Cascais Natural Park.
It has a tricky access though.
The nearest “stop” is Cabo da Roca (for your curiosity, Cabo da Roca is the most western point of continental Europe). There are public buses that go there, but you should plan it wisely because since it’s not very central there are probably only a few bus everyday. I think there’s a bus that goes around Sintra’s most touristic places and stops there. So, you might be able to catch a train from Lisbon to Sintra or Cascais and from there catch the bus that goes to Cabo da Roca.
When you reach Cabo da Roca, you must walk a trail to reach Praia da Ursa. Now, even though this is a somewhat popular site in Sintra-Cascais Park, this is not an easy trail. It’s a relatively short walk (30 minute probably), but it’s very steep.
If you google Praia da Ursa you will find lots of information about the best trail to take and all the precautions. It’s very much worth the climb if you are into this kind of landscape!
Piece of advice: dont leave important or expensive stuff inside your car in praia da ursa or cabo da roca.
