You would always eat about half the tube in one go and they’d like fuse together in your mouth
The problem was you’d bring them home from the shops, they’d melt slightly in the car, and then refreeze at home into one massive lump of Calippo balls. I distinctly remember pulling the lid off and eating these with a spoon on occasion.
In year 8 I would snort these up my nose and spit them out my mouth as kind of a cool party trick for the other kids at lunch. this was the flip phone years mind.
tried to find some at kimmeridge ice cream van recently. lo and behold they don’t sell it anymore 🙁
They’re still available up north. Not the named brand but I find them along the seaside towns

I tried these once, squeezed the container slightly, the bottom fell out and they covered the co-op floor, never again. I’ll still to regular calippo.
