    Where do you think all that business welfare money went? If you answered buying up numerous homes as rental income you’d be correct. And that’s why you lost all those bids on homes. You were bidding against buyers with millions in free trump money. And that’s why your rent doubled. Because no one can afford to buy. That made more renters. More demand for rents. Higher rents.

    You can thank all those business owners and Trump for that. Nothing trickled down. They just used those funds to outbid you to gobble up all the housing on the market. And now Trump wants to give the rich another tax cut, to give them more money. More money to buy up more housing.

  24. i live in a town of 400 people and my zipcode alone has almost $1.5 million in forgiven PPP loans from less than 30 applications. other than the sandwich shop in town that got less than $10k of that i’ve never heard of a single business on the list. i just feel resigned to all of it at this point, knowing what’s happening is only misery-making.
