The title of the songs that are set to compete in 75th edition of the Festival di Sanremo have been revealed this evening.
During Sarà Sanremo, the final of Sanremo Giovani 2024, Carlo Conti and Alessandro Cattelan have revealed the titles of the songs that the thirty Campioni artists will perform. As per usual, the songs will not be revealed until the live performances in February.
The artists and song titles are:
Francesco Gabbani – “Viva la vita” (Long live life)
Clara – “Febbre” (Fever)
Achille Lauro – “Incoscienti giovani” (Reckless young people)
Brunori Sas – “L’albero delle noci” (The walnut tree)
Shablo ft. Guè, Joshua and Tormento – “La mia parola” (My word)
Giorgia – “La cura per me” (The cure for me)
Emis Killa – “Demoni” (Demons)
Marcella Bella – “Pelle diamante” (Diamond skin)
Gaia – “Chiamo io, chiami tu” (I call you, you call me)
Simone Cristicchi – “Quando sarai piccola” (When you’ll be young)
Irama – “Lentamente” (Slowly)
Serena Brancale – “Anema e core” (Heart and soul)

Among the artists announced are a number of former participants in the Eurovision Song Contest; Achille Lauro (San Marino 2022), Francesco Gabbani (Italy 2017) and Francesca Michielin (Italy 2016).
Overview of the Festival di Sanremo 2025
Night One – Tuesday 11/02/2025
The 30 competing artists will have the chance to present their song. All the songs will be voted only by a jury composed by professional journalists from television and web outlets. RAI will then proceed to announce the top 5 songs that received the most votes, in a random order.
Night Two – Wednesday 12/02/2025
The first half of the competing artists will perform their entries again. This time, the songs will be voted by the public at home (50% of the result) and by a jury made up of radio broadcasters (50% of the result). RAI will then proceed to announce the top 5 songs that received the most votes that night, in a random order.
Night Three – Thursday 13/02/2025
The second half of the competing artists will perform their entries again. As with the previous night the songs will be voted by the public from home (50% of the result) and by a jury made up of radio broadcasters (50% of the result). RAI will then proceed to announce the top 5 songs that received the most votes that night, in a random order.
Night Four – Friday 14/02/2025
Every act will perform a cover of another song, be it in Italian or in English (or any other foreign language). The competing artists will also have the opportunity to perform it with a guest artist, not competing in this year’s edition of the Festival.
The songs will be voted by the public from home (34% of the result), by the professional jury of journalists (33% of the result), and by the professional jury of radio broadcasters (33% of the result). The artist that has received the largest number of votes will be announced as the winner of the fourth night. This night will not influence the ranking of the other nights.
Night Five – Saturday 15/02/2025
All of the artists will return and perform their songs again. These will be voted by the public from home only: the average between the new ranking and the previous one will determine the final definitive ranking. The top 5 songs will have the chance to perform again and, this time, they will be voted by by the public from home (34% of the result), by the professional jury of journalists (33% of the result), and by the professional jury of radio broadcasters (33% of the result). The song that received the most votes will then be announced as the winner of Sanremo 2025.
In addition to this, on night two and night three four “Nuove Proposte” (young artists) will present their songs to the public. One artist per night will advance to the final, on night four, where a jury composed by televote (34%), journalists (33%) and radio broadcasters (33%) will determine the winner of the Nuove Proposte category.
After winning Festival di Sanremo 2024, Angelina Mango represented Italy in the Grand Final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 with “La noia”. She finished 7th, scoring 268 points.

Italy debuted in the Eurovision Song Contest in 1956 and has participated a total of 42 times to date. Italy returned to the Eurovision Song Contest in 2011 having last participated in the contest in 1997. The country has withdrawn from the contest on a number of occasions in the past. Italy has won the contest three times, the first time being in 1964 and the latest being in 2021. Italy’s hosting of the contest in 1991 has been remembered as one of the most chaotic contests to date. Since their return in 2011 Italy has finished in the top 10 on 11 occasions.
