    Since Hunter Biden was charged for not disclosing drug use to the government, so should Elon Musk. That’s the precedent. It should at the least come with the same legal consequences Hunter was facing before being pardoned.

    20 years ago that was an automatic disqualification.

    I know people turned down for exactly that reason.
