Not twix and not mars mince pies in Iceland. What other wired Christmas concoctions are there floating around?

  1. Just treat it like a biscuit or cake rather than a mince pie and the psychological pain goes away.

  2. The not quite Twix and Mars bar packaging is hilarious, but low-key, I would try these.

  3. I know shocking, Stella not even offering a white vest in that pack

  4. I mean we started to stray when the actual mince was removed

  5. “Please keep flat” Iceland immediately stocks the shelves with them on edge.

  6. Is it bad I think they probably taste decent?

Don’t get me wrong – not a mince pie, but they do look tasty.

  7. Asda have been doing these for a few years and they’re absolutely delicious

  8. They look a million times nicer than regular mince pies

  9. Do they have mincemeat in them? If not, I’m down to try these

  10. I’d eat these if they were rebranded as “Heathen Tarts”

  11. If you want to get a little bit closer to heaven, whack a slice of goat’s cheese on top of an actual mince pie. Brie and blue both also quite nice, but goat’s top of the pile based on my experiments to date.

  12. Im eating m&s Mince Pie flavoured extra thick cream. Delicious

  13. I had to help my mum buy stollen the other day because she can’t see very well and last year she got some flavoured monstrosity. I can see her problem, the chocolate orange ones looked pretty much the same and were right next to the standard ones.

  14. This is genius.

    Some of us hate mincemeat.

    There. I said it.

  15. I tried the ~~Mars~~ chocolate caramel crumble and they’re literally just a chocolate tart. Nothing mince pie about them – no fruit or anything.

  16. I have tried both, the yellow ones are nicer. They are fine, nothing to go crazy over. Good for us who hate mincemeat, the chocolate ones are a stretch too far though.

  17. Aldo do a rocky road mince pie which looks very similar and is actually delightful.
