1. Usually this would be considered internal affairs but Tiktok being owned by a peer superpower China makes it worth discussing here, it’s a unique case of China’s soft power being tested under US supreme court.

3. I’m expecting a lot of Gen Z and Alpha are gonna intensely interested in this.

   If it is banned, I don’t see it being widely enforceable, though. Who’s the onus on? The ISP? Alphabet agecy? What about VPNs? Tor? 

   Wonder how this will play out.

5. It’s pretty obvious they are doing this to purely to set precedent on national security reasoning in first amendment cases not to overturn the law or they would in place an injunction.
