1. People freaking out but then no one says what is in the bill

   There are a group of people in this world that are programmed to freak out about everything

   You put the words elon or trump next to it and they come to eat it up. ThePavlov’s dog experiment at a human level. How about stop being a dog then lay out the points why this bill should pass and address the things people are worried about as well in it

   Reminds me of when pre-MAGA tea party Republicans clutched their pearls and went on tirades any time the debt ceiling was raised during Obama’s presidency.

3. Trump wants the debt ceiling raised. His plans will significantly increase the deficit and doesn’t want a budget showdown later in the year to slow his plans.
