1. We have removed all synthetic rugs, drapes and as much synthetic clothing as possible from our home. Also have hepa filtering vacuum and air filters in addition to our hvac system’s filter. I realize this is about outside air quality but you can only control what you can control.

   We have really skull fucked the planet and the future of not only humanity but all living creatures. What’s really alarming about it is how little concern many people seem to have.
