Checkpoints Ireland: Gardai ‘investigating fines’ where limit changed ‘without notice’

  1. Without notice is a very broad term, did they not put 50 kph signs in place when they changed the speed of the road? If so, then people have a right to appeal.

  2. So these poor unfortunates have lost the ability to see posted speed limits then have they? They should go see a specialist about that maybe register with the NCBI

  3. Councillors voted to change the limit to 50kph, then moan about it being changed. It would still be an 80kph if not for them. 50kph is a stupid limit for that road.
