Sounds like good common sense. Only an idiot would think weakening themself to hopefully appease their bully is a good idea.

i dont blame them. ukraine gave up its nuclear weapons and now look what happened.
Ukraine needs NGO help to document all the atrocities Russia has committed and how much a liar Putin is over the pretense of the war. Any peace settlement needs to document what a complete liar Putin is.

At a time when most of Europe has to come to terms with that they need a larger military it would be ridiculous for the one country that has to defend itself to limit their military.

Only reason Ukraine is alive and thriving is because of her millitary strength.
